Press the BASS button and then use the Next/Previous buttons to increase/decrease the bass level. The LED indicators will move to the right with increasing levels and left with decreasing levels. Decreasing the bass level to the lowest setting will reduce bass and subwoofer levels on the bar. Press the TREB button and then use the Next/Previous buttons to increase/decrease the treble level.

For Bass, hit the bass button and then quickly hit the left side of the large circular button (with the ok button in the middle) to decrease the bass (keep pressing it to keep reducing the bass volume), Press the right side to increase the bass volume. It's important to press the circular button right after pressing the bass button, otherwise it serves a different purpose. For treble adjustment, do the same thing but start by pressing the treble button. You can find the owner's manual online as well, which will describe all the functionality of the remote. The link is shown on the quick startup sheet that comes with the soundbar.
