“I have the soundbar systems 2.1 with Subwoofer. There is barely any sound coming out of the subwoofer. You CSR said that this is the way they are designed. Only for like action movies, etc. to get the sound to come out. Is this true?”

Not true. With this specific model there are a music and movie setting. For tv I keep it on movies, their is plenty of sound not only from the sound bar but from the sub. There is also a setting where you can raise or lower the level of the subwoofer. I hope this answers your question.
