The sound bar lights don't flash? model sb3651-e6 null

I have 2 of these and I've never noticed the light flashing. The small lights on the end on of the left side show the volume level.

Mine worked as per manual. Try reading manual again -reset to factory settings. Call Vizio Customer Service
