“Does this system allow You to maximize the decibel level that reaches Your ears while performing? IE if there is intermittent high decibel input, will the system lower the decibel that reaches my ears?”

The mic has a headphone jack with a volume control. All other functions like limiting and compression etc. would be performed by software in your computer.
