• Hello, Chris! The remotes do change the shortcut buttons from time to time and aren't all the same. We do offer some remotes that have personal shortcut buttons numbered 1 and 2 that you can set to your own channels if you prefer.

• Its hard to say. Every new model is different. Netflix,paramount, prime and disney are on mine and just bought last month. My older controls have hulu.
