“Are there options on the pre set buttons. I liked my prior 4 choices better. Netflix, Sling, Disney, Hulu. Instead of Apple, Paramount, Netflix, Hulu. My old setup would of allowed a total of 4 usable channels. This is limited to 3 presets”

Although you are correct about the preset lineup. The Voice Remote Pro also has 2 shortcut buttons that you can set-up to open any app/shortcut you like. Of course you don't even need the buttons. With the hands free voice remote simply tell it which channel to open.
