• Hello, dori! Your current Roku device must be running Roku OS 9.4 or higher. To verify your streaming device is running Roku OS 9.4 or higher (11.5 is the most recent). Go to Settings > System > About to check the software version. Keep in mind that the Roku 2 is no longer supported.
