“There's a very strong chemical-like electrical smell that comes from the heater that doesn't go away no matter how long it is on. Is this normal or should I replace it? It works well and better than most space heaters and I would hate to see it go.”

• We have purchased two of these from Best Buy and neither one of them has ever emitted a smell of ANY kind. I would return it and try another one.
