No it does not keep it charged, you have to charge it up when it gets low, the solar panel is useless.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Vosker's response to your question is misleading. The solar panel on the camera does NOT recharge the internal battery. The camera will run on solar power when possible but it will eventually run out of battery if you let it run at night. Mine lasts about 3 weeks before I have to recharge the internal battery.
