• A:Answer Hi - Videos recorded manually are stored in your mobile device's memory. Videos recorded by motion detection are stored temporarily in the Parent Unit memory, you can find the Motion Detection events in the Event log of the app. Once the Parent Unit memory is full, older Motion Detection events are automatically replaced with more recent Motion Detection events. These recorded Motion Detection events are not stored or accessible from elsewhere. Thank you, -VTech Support

Q: QuestionDo these have a noise reduction feature? So if there's anything sound machine on in the room, will that noise come through the monitor?

Q: QuestionOne of the cameras I have continues to disconnect from the monitor. No matter what I do it won't stay connected. Is it possible to purchase just one camera to reconnect to the monitor?

Q: Question¿do the whole time the cameras are on recording is happening? how many days do recordings last (to view later)?

• A:Answer Hi - The VTech RM7766-2HD has an event recording feature when used with the My VTech Baby Pro app. When the said feature is set to on, the app will record a 10 second video clip when motion is detected.
