“Are you able to hear both cameras at once? Or at the very least, Does it have the “patrol mode” where the sound switches to each camera every 10 seconds or so? I need to be able to hear both cameras through the monitor.”

Hi - Yes, the VTech RM5754-2HD has a Patrol mode feature. You will hear the sound from the baby unit that is being viewed. Thank you, -VTech Support
