“When I’m going back through to listen to voicemails, does the main dock screen show me the phone number and name of the person leaving the message? My current phone does not display the phone number when listening to messages which is frustrating.”

Hi - Yes, The Caller ID information displays on the screens of the cordless handset or telephone base of the VTech IS8151-4 when you play messages recorded on the built in answering machine. Please note that this does not apply on messages left on your Voicemail service. Thank you, -VTech Support
