“I understand you can screen a call/message using the cordless handset by pressing the screen softkey. But can you configure the handsets to automatically screen calls like the base station so you can hear whose calling when not near the handset?”

• Hi - Regretfully, the call screening on the cordless handset of the VTech IS8151-4 will only engage when the MENU/SELECT button is pressed while the answering machine is recording a message. The message broadcast is only automatic on the telephone base. Thank you, -VTech Support
