“I purchased Vtech why charging light always red even the battery is fully charge? I only have 1 phone with the base, the screen always display handset 1 , is that correct? I expected it only show date and time when not in use, no need to display handset 1”

• Hi - The charge light on the cordless handsets of the VTech IS8151-4 will stay on as long as they are cradled on the charging base. The handset labeling is a default display even if the other handsets are not installed. Thank you, -VTech Support Team
