• Shelly - Yes, the Bluetooth feature of the VTech IS8151-4 will still work even when there is no landline connected on the telephone system. You would still be able to use the the unit to make and receive cellular calls when the it is paired to a Bluetooth enabled cellular phone. Thank you, -VTech Support
