• Yes you can download phone book from 2 cell phones to the vtech. No way to charge cell from the unit.

• Mels - The VTech IS8151-5 does not have a port to charge cell phones. You can download your cell phone directory/phonebook to the VTech phone as long as the cell phone is paired to the unit. Thank you! - VTech Support
