Under settings, select dial mode. You’ll see two options, touch-tone or pulse. Touch tone is the default setting and your line may be pulse. Try changing it to pulse. If that doesn’t help, call Best Buy or V Tech. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We installed the Vtech on a line that already had a Panasonic cordless phone system. Ours worked seamlessly with our land line. I would recommend making sure your land line is working with an existing corded phone. Remember that you must have a land line coming into the main base unit. All other bases just need power. If your line is coming into the main base unit but not working, call your local phone provider. They can troubleshoot and walk you through some things.
