A:Answer I use the Smart feature for blocking robocalls (there are multiple "smart features' from which to choose). It works like this: For robocalls, the caller is required to enter "#" for the call to go through. A robocaller cannot do that; hence, we have reduced robocalls to zero. Nada. Zilch. Another terrific feature of the smart system is that incoming calls first pass through the smart filter BEFORE the telephone rings (a yellow light flashes, but no sound). A a result, not only are there no longer robocalls, there is no ring when these obnoxious beings attempt their dirty work.
