A:AnswerI do not believe it is compatible. The CM18045 is a office system with up to 10 extensions. The DS6151 is for a home phone with up to 2 lines (no extensions).
A:AnswerDeb - Yes, the VTech CM18045 has a hold feature. While on a call, the word HOLD will appear on the lower right corner of the display screen. You can press the right dash bar to place the call on hold.
