“When using the CM18045 handset and not base unit how do I use the FLASH function to transfer between incoming calls? When speaking with one party and another calls in how do I put first caller on hold and answer second caller then switch back. Thanks”

• Robert - The VTech CM18045 will display the word FLASH while on a call. You just need to press the corresponding softkey or dash button below the screen to answer call waiting call. The same button applies when switching between current and call waiting call. Thank you, -VTech Support
