• Robert - The FLASH softkey on the VTech CM18045 can be used to answer call waiting call. Regretfully, the hold music will not play when the current call is put on hold to answer the call waiting call. The hold music on the telephone system will only work on calls that is put on hold by pressing the HOLD button. Thank you, -VTech Support
