“When I am on a call and there is an incoming call to the same line (call waiting), I hear the beep but do not see anything on the screen to show caller information. After call has ended, I check the call history and there are no new entries. Please help”

Dear Ashley, this should not happen. Please call our Customer Service at 1-800-595-9511. Our CS opens from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Our service agents can help you with the product issues. If the product is deemed defective, they can help you on a product replacement.
