• The above directions from tech support did not work. The line still goes to a mailbox instead of letting the phone ring endlessly.

• Hi - Here's how you can turn off the General Mailbox feature of the CM18445. 1. Press the MENU/SELECT button on the CM18445. 2. Press the arrow down button to scroll to Line mode, then press MENU/SELECT. 3. Press the arrow down button to scroll to the desired line (Line 1, Line 2, Line 3 or Line 4 or All lines), then press MENU/SELECT. 4.Press the arrow down button to scroll to General mailbox, then press MENU/SELECT. You will hear a confirmation beep. Hope this helps!
