“when i get an incoming call, both line 1 and line 3 ring together but when i answer all i hear is a dial tone. then theres a voicemail from the caller. please help”

Hi Madison- We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your VTech CM18445. The same phone numbers may have been installed on both lines 1 and 2, hence, they both ring when receiving an incoming call. Please check the installation of the line cord at the telephone base to make sure that they are not from the same telephone jack. If this does not help, please contact VTech Customer support for further assistance at 1-800-595-9511. We are open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays.
