Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the transfer feature of the VTech CM18445. Please make sure that you have no other system phones connected on the line. You may also try transferring the call by: 1. Press TRANSFER on the console while on call. 2. Scroll UP and DOWN to scroll to the desired extension, then press MENU/SELECT or SKIP. You may also contact our Customer Support at 1-800-595-9511, we are open from Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Thank you!
