“CM18445, re main console mail box. I am unable to change the number of rings before it goes to the general mail box. I tried turning off the answer and that didn't work either. Do you have any other ideas? The system has been expanded to 9 phones”

• 1. To change the number of rings before the General Mail box answers, Console Main Menu => Ans sys setup => Gen MB setup => Select the No. of Rings you need. 2. To disable the Auto-attendant or General Mail Box from even answering any incoming calls Console Main Menu => Line mode => All lines => Select No answer
