“I have tried using both my iphone headphones and a razor kracken gaming headset. I put them into the side port labeled “corded headset” why doesn’t it work. I’ve read the entire manual and can’t get it to work.”

• CM18445 supports 2.5mm headset only. IPhone EarPods is with 3.5 mm Headphone Plug.
