“I have this phone at my shop. I would like to know if it is possible to transfer the calls, from line 1, to my home phone when i am not there? If this is possible how do i do it?”

• Hi - The VTech CM18445 does not have the call forwarding feature. This is a service subscribed from the telephone company. We recommend that you contact your local service provider and ask if the feature is available. Thank you! -VTech Support

• The best way to accomplish this is with Simultaneous Ring through the phone company. This feature will make multiple phone numbers ring at the same time and allow you to answer on any one.
