“We have a two line service. When selecting line 2, to make a call, the speaker automatically turns on without pressing speaker. How can this be fixed?”

• Hi - The speakerphone of the VTech CM18445 will automatically turn on when a line button is pressed. You can pick up the corded handset after pressing the line button to switch the dial tone on the corded handset.
