“Is it possible to use auto attendant and at the same time have all lines route any messages left back to the main console? Or is their a way the main console can check all of the lines messages?”

No. Message left at extension handset and desk-sets are for that persons only. The messages cannot route to another person. For the same reason, the maincole cannot listen to the messages left to the desk-sets.
