Hi - Here's the procedure to set the VTech CM18445 to Announce only mode so callers will just hear an announcement but will not have an option to leave a message. 1. When the console is not in use, press MENU/SELECT. 2. Press ▼ to scroll to Line mode, then press MENU/SELECT. 3. Press ▼ or ▲ to select the desired line (Line 1, Line 2, Line 3 or Line 4) or All lines, then press MENU/SELECT. 4. Press ▼ or ▲ to choose the desired line mode (Announce only). 5.
