“I've been using the VTEC phone for couple of years, it worked perfectly. But recently, the screen caller ID is not working. When I have a call, usually it displays the caller id, 'I.e., Smith Jones, etc., but now it shows, 'UNKNOWN NAME', WHY?”

• Hi - The VTech CS5119-2 only shows the available information sent by your telephone service during an incoming call. The phone will show "Unknown Name" instead of the name or phone number if the caller's name is unavailable. Thank you, -VTech Support
