I had to order the expansion units directly from VTech. Item CS5109-16.

Hi - The cordless handset compatible with the VTech CS5129-26 is the model CS5109-16 or CS5109. You can also get the CS5119 for your other room. However, it requires connection to a phone jack and handset will not communicate with the other handset from a different telephone base. Thank you, -VTech Support
