Can I extend the amount of rings?and if yes how null

Hi - The VTech CS5119-2 does not have a built in answering machine. If you are referring to Voicemail, please contact your telephone service provider as it is a subscription from them. Thank you, -VTech Support

This is a standard phone without voicemail. There is no control for the number of rings. It will continue to ring unless you have voicemail through the phone company or a fax machine on the same line.
