Once you get a call from a number you want to block, you can find it by pressing Caller ID and scrolling through recent calls by using the Up and Down arrows. When you see the "offending" number on your screen, press Menu/Select. Then use the Up and Down arrows again to toggle between adding it to your phonebook or blocking it. Once you see the Block option, press Menu/Select again.
