“1. Went thru UTube, but cannot reset greeting. 2. Will check the calls received list and the phone never rang. Don't recall because we don't know made the call. So it is just delete. 3. People complain about not being able to leave a voicemail.”

Carl - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your VTech CS5119-2. The telephone system does not have a built-in answering system. If you are referring to voicemail, you have to contact your telephone service provider. Hope this helps. ~VTech Support
