Q: QuestionWhy can’t I turn off, or control the volume of the announcements from the base? My announcements are very loud! I can turn the ringer down, but not the announcements. It doesn’t make any sense.

• A:Answer Bob - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the volume of your announcement during call screening. You may turn it down by pressing the -VOL+ while playing or turn it off temporarily by pressing the PLAY/STOP button. Hope this helps! Thank you, -VTech Support
