• Yes, the phone comes with the A/C power cord.

• Yes - there is an AC adapter that plugs into the base for charging. The base can be mounted on the wall.

• It sits in a charging cradle base, and will not be functional if your power goes out, as it would not then be connected to the base, which is what receives and then transmits the signal to the actual phone.

• Yes it does. Then dock that the phone sits in, charges it while being plugged. No problem..
