• Both phones should ring. If they are not you may need to set the phone that doesn't ring on the main charging dock or check out the settings on the handset. If the phone still doesn't ring the handset may be defective. You may need to return the phones for an exchange

• On our unit, both handsets ring. Not a problem.

• Check your "Mute ", or check the ringer volume setting. Refresh yourself with the manual, there's a ton of cool features.

• THE MAIN PHONE RINGS AND THE OTER PHONE I HAVE IT NEXT TO ME ALL DAY I THOUGHT IT RANG BUT MAYBE NOT AS LONG AS THE PHONE RINGS NO PROBLEM

• when the is idle, enter the handset MENU and ensure that the ringer is turned on.

• Yes the phone only rings through the base, but flashes on handsets.
