Can you hang it up on a wall null

Yes. It has a 'stand' for the desk that must be flipped down to make the back of the phone flat. Then there are two places where screws will hold the phone to the wall. In addition you have to 'flip' a plastic piece where the top of the handset goes in (just below the switch hook). Once flipped it will stick up and keep the handset from falling off.
