• Paul - The messages left on the VTech DS6151 cannot be accessed from the Caller ID log. You need to press the Mailbox 1 or Mailbox 2 to listen to messages. If you have new messages, the telephone plays only the new messages (oldest first). If there are no new messages, the telephone plays back all messages (oldest first). During playback, you can press the SKIP button to go to the next message. Thank you, -VTech Support
