“We need 3 phones for our 3 desks. If we got 3 of these, would all 3 phones receive the message, or would 1 of the phones be the main phone with which to receive the msg? Or is there a way to turn off the answering machine on 2 out of the 3 phones?”

• Hi - You can connect 3 VTech DS6151 on the same line but they will work as a stand alone phones. They will not communicate with each other. You can turn off the answering system on 2 of the main bases so they will not interfere with each other. Only one answering system can be used at a time. However, we recommend that you get one DS6151 and 2 DS6101 accessory cordless handsets. The main base can accommodate up to 12 cordless handsets. Thank you! - VTech Support
