Hi - The VTech DS6151 has 2 mailboxes, one per each line. It does not have a mailbox per extension unit. You may want to check the model VTech CM18445 system unit which does have auto attendant feature that will enable you to setup each extension unit its own mailbox. The expansion units compatible with the CM18445 are the models CM18045 and CM18245. Thank you, -VTech Support
