“I have DS6251-3 and the answering servive picks up after the 3rd ring but they are set to 6 on the system. how can i make it 6”

April - There may be a Voicemail service picking up messages instead of the built in answering machine of the VTech DS6251-2. You may need to check with your telephone service provider to adjust the Voicemail's number of rings to 8 so it will not interfere with the answering machine.
