• My parents have this phone set and they hate it due to the screen light. wish I had known this when they got it. I would have returned it.

• Hello - We are sorry to hear that the display screen of the CS6529 does not work as expected. The unit does not have a feature to adjust the screen brightness. You may check the model DS6421-2, which does have a brighter display screen. Thank you -VTech Support
