Hi - Here's how you can turn off the call screening of the VTech DS6621-2 for callers to be able to leave a message silently. Step 1: Press the MENU/SELECT button while the cordless handset is not in use. Step 2: Press the arrow down button to scroll to Answering Sys, then press the MENU/SELECT button. Step 3: Press the arrow down button to scroll to Ans Sys Setup, then press the MENU/SELECT button. Step 4: Press the MENU/SELECT button to choose Call Screening. Step 5: Press arrow down to scroll to OFF, then press the MENU/SELECT button. You will hear a confirmation beep. Thank you, -VTech Support
