“The back lit doesn't seem to work on my phone. The light does not work. How do I activate it? It is so dark cannot make out anything but a jumble of numbers. I am so disappointed in this phone. UGH!”

Tippi - Backlighting turns off when the phone is idle to conserve battery life. If you are not seeing any illumination at any time, call our support team @ 1-800-595-9511. Your phone has a one year limited warranty. Thanks!
