“Can this speakerphone be connected to an existing office phone and be used as an extension to it's speakerphone? If not, is there a way to connect to a headset for the times I don't want it to be in speakerphone mode?”

Bambi - VCS702 connects to a standard, analog line. It does not feature a headset jack.
