Does it need an outlet or does it run on batteries? null

The camera needs an outlet, the monitor can be be charged for portable use or plugged into an outlet

I am guessing lithium batteries in the monitor, I believe 2-3 hours continuous use on the charged battery. The Camera has no battery at all.

It needs an outlet for both the camera and display
