“I have a VTech vm4261-2. When going to power on, my monitor is stuck on a white screen. The logo doesn't show up and I can't see or hear anything. It's about 1 year old. I've tried resetting by taking the battery out also. Is there any way to solve this?”

Cody - We apologize if you are having issues with the Vtech VM4261-2. You may try adjusting the LCD brightness of the screen.
